Add Listing

A listing on The Korean Blog List is free, and will make it easier for people to find your blog.

Read this carefully otherwise your blog may be rejected:

1. Do not request to be added unless your blog is at least one month old and updated at least weekly. Why? Many people start out with good intentions and then give up. If your blog is not a month old yet then wait a while and submit later.
2. The title you register here should correspond to the title of your blog - calling your listing Aardvark Foreigner or A Foreigner In Korea in attempt to get to the top of the list will get your blog rejected, as will the use of *Fancy*Symbols*~~ or including .com in the title.
3. Blogs set up by recruitment agencies, English schools, etc will be rejected. If you want to advertise here and reach the Koreans and non-Koreans who use TKBL, send a message.
4. All submissions are checked manually. In certain (actually, many) cases blogs will be monitored periodically before being added or rejected, to make sure they are regularly updated. It could take several weeks or longer for your listing to be confirmed.
5. When entering city details, enter the city only. Seoul, Busan, New York, etc are all correct. "Seoul-si", "Mapu-ku", "Gangwon-Do Province", "Nashville, Tennessee", "Scanton, PA" are not. When in doubt, look at the current listings to see how others have written their city.
6. Blogs must be in English - not Spanish or any other language. Please use English only when filling in this form, including the comments section.
7. Stating the obvious, but your blog must be a blog - not a magazine or a listings site. Latest entry must be clearly shown on the page you submit, entries should be in reverse date order, etc.
8. In the past, some Korean-Americans wanted to be listed as American, some as Korean. It made the listings a mess. It's not helped by South Korea's stance on dual-nationality. Since Koreans regard the Korean blood line as important, the rule on TKBL is that for listing consistency, you should choose "Korea (South)" for nationality if you have Korean heritage.
9. Please put a link to The Korean Blog List in your Blogroll or on your blog template. This isn't required, but the more people who link to TKBL, the better TKBL will be ranked in search engines, and therefore more people will be able to find your blog.

Now, you've read the above and meet all the conditions, right? Then you can submit your blog!
